In the rhythm of the needles there is music for the soul
Your eyes are not deceiving you! We had our first snowstorm of the season up in the Rockies last night. I woke up to winter wonderland with six inches of snow on the ground.
The first Saturday Sky picture is taken from my deck facing east. The distant mountain is Pikes Peak under cloud cover. You can barely distinguish between the top of the mountain and the sky.
I had to post a second Saturday Sky picture because the view from the front of my house had a very different sky. It was bright blue and clear. Isn’t that wild?
Oh look at that snow! I can’t wait for ours to get here. Well, maybe I can. We haven’t gotten our wood for the winter yet.
How pretty! I like snow, just as long as it is not in the city 😉
How beautiful! I can’t wait for ours to start here in Maine, and with temps into the 30s now at night, it shouldn’t be too far behind.
It’s only September. That’s insane.
wow- hard to believe! we had a mini heat wave this week in NYC. its a refreshing sight!
that is wild!! Beautiful
Beautiful! I was in Reno this week and it was brrrrrr! At home on the coast they were having a heat wave — most unusual for us. Go figure!
This CO kid in AZ misses home from your pictures. Wash in the 90’s here yesterday. Where are you? maybe down near Bailey? Gorgeous wherever.
The photos are so pretty. Thanks for sharing them.
